Crocket was like the brother that I never had and my right hand in the studio.

Now there is a void in the space where he played in Studio E and there are times when I can feel his spirit in the room and thinking that when I turn around to my left he would still be there at his keyboard station.

He was a musical genius with a knack for playing just the right lick and the right "reharmonization" of a chord, and when I wanted that "special something", I just told him to"Crocketize it" and he knew exactly what I meant.

Very touching, Geno, and I'm really happy to see he's been honored this way.  Somehow, I think he knows.  I'm sure you and everyone associated with STOTC think of him daily and you are pleased for him as well.

Thanks Dream,

I know that Crocket would be smiling ear to ear right now,
knowing that he made this list,
and I hear that smile loud and clear,
everyday in the Music that he left with us.

Remembering Crocket today...

Listening to his stellar keyboards playing loud and strong
all over A Soulful Tale of Two Cities...
we had so much fun cutting these tracks...
I just still can't believe he is gone, and well, I guess i never will.
Play on Crocket! Play on!
~Gene

I don't understand life and death at all Geno. It's been 4 years. Doesn't seem possible.

I know so many people had fun with Crocket. He had such a sweet way about him, and of course so talented too.

I'm very sorry for your loss; but I know you all have such good memories of the times you had together too.

I only talked with him a few times; and he truly had a beautiful soul. I wish I could have experienced the hang that you guys had in person.

Rest In Peace Crocket.

Mixey
