American Autumn, American Winter, American Spring...
the Occupy Wall Street Peaceful Protests are growing,
and looks like they are going to continue doing just that,
until some real, fair and workable solutions are realized.

People are fed up & frustrated with the Wall Street Greed.

Here's another screen grab...
this one from CNN,
like a snapshot of what is going on
and being felt
and who is now beginning to pay attention
to an American movement that is finally gaining a voice,
and this voice is obviously growing louder each day...

If these protests, and the people marching had
a clue..they would be at the New York FED and not
Wall Street. Wall Street can't function with all their
criminal behavior without the funny money they obtain
from The Treasury & the FED.
Please remember: when the Banks & FED pull
the trigger, Wall Street falls flat on their ass. It
happens everytime a FED bubble bursts. The FED
controls the money supply, and sets the interest
rates. They create the bubbles and blow them up.
The FED banker cabal are financial terrorists.
Why aren't these protest marchers parked in front
of the New York FED? Answer... THEY DON'T HAVE
A CLUE as to who is screwing them. If this fact
doesn't show you the disaster that is our education
 system in America..what would?
There is no magic "jobs bill" that will fix anything
connected to the reasons why we don't have decent
employment in this nation. Obama's bill will only
help union people find some temporary jobs. Teachers,
cops, firemen, construction workers are the only folks
who will get his "Jobs bill" work. The vast majority of
un-employed young people will never see a nickle of
 this bill's money.
The youth can go hang on the street for a while,
and scream about the rich untill the cows come home,
but it won't change a thing... no more than the war
protestors stopped the madness of Vietnam.
People had better learn who the enemy is,
then they can deal with them. Untill then, we can set back and watch the cops beat their brains out.

Toad, Yes, excellent points...
It all needs to get fired up cooperatively from all sides,
for the good of everybody as one nation,
not just the priveliged chosen few.
And look at this news that just got posted this week:

__
_ http://www.infowars.com/occupy-the-federal-reserve-movement-launched/ - (read full details here)

Back in 2008 Alex Jones had this to say...

and...

and then of course, this

_
http://www.auditthefed.com/about-the-audit/ (read here)

..."The GAO is also prevented from conducting on-site examinations of banks or bank holding companies without the written consent of the appropriate regulatory agency.

HR 459 and S 202, The Federal Reserve Transparency Act, would eliminate these restrictions and mandate a thorough GAO audit of the Fed, finally delivering answers to the American people about how our money is being spent.

Many politicians like to constantly laud the benefits of transparency but fail to turn their campaign rhetoric into results. With trillions of dollars and our nation’s monetary system at stake, the time to take action is now.

With Ron Paul serving as chairman of the House Domestic Monetary Policy Subcommittee and Rand Paul leading the fight in the Senate, our chance to pass Audit the Fed has never been better.

By opening all Fed operations to a GAO audit, HR 459 and S 202 would result in an historic level of transparency and accountability from the Federal Reserve."

––••––

Ok, this bill is a no brainer, is it not?
Why would this bill have ANY opposition from anyone in America? ...
Unless... possibly someone opposing it had their hand in the cookie jar...?

Why is something like this not already LAW?
Somebody 'splain it at me, please.

— Occupy Wall Street wins over union backing, more protesters —
By Tina Susman, Los Angeles Times
October 6, 2011

Teachers, nurses, veterans and seniors are among the several thousand to join the anti-greed movement's largest march yet.

"... "Every one of us is here because of corporate greed," yelled Christopher Shelton, vice president of the regional branch of the Communication Workers of America. "It's time not to occupy Wall Street, but to take back Wall Street."

"Shelton spoke to a crowd waving signs that reflected their varying ages, backgrounds and professions. Teachers and nurses mixed with students holding placards lamenting soaring tuition and their inability to repay student loans. Veterans complained of being out of work and homeless. Senior citizens lamented the hardships facing their grandchildren."

"There were signs protesting racism, President Obama, Republicans, Democrats, hunger and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. There were as many signs supporting workers' rights, hunger-striking prisoners, higher taxes for millionaires and an overhaul of the country's financial system."

"..."Wall Street needs an enema," read one sign. "Corporations are NOT people," read another, a dig at Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney's statement during a campaign appearance in August that "corporations are people." ..."

"It's hard because there are so many issues at stake," said Melanie Hamlett, 33, when asked what her main gripe was. "But it all comes down to money." ... ... ...
LA Times Story - (continued here)

––••––

It will be very interesting to see how the politicians will weigh in on these current events of Occupy... America. It seems that many of the politicians have been mostly silent... almost ignoring it all... too worried about their re-election posturing(?)... instead of the very real, in-your -face, we need some freakin' answers right now "issues", that these Americans are peacefully protesting about, as the numbers of protesters seems to grow by the day across America.

––••––

Coverage from all over... news stories such as ...
www.thehindu.com/news/international reported:

".......... The protesters have varied causes but have spoken largely about unemployment and economic inequality and reserved most of their criticism for Wall Street. “We are the 99 percent,” they chanted, contrasting themselves with the wealthiest 1 percent of Americans.

"Susan Henoch, 63, of Manhattan said she was a “child of the ‘60s” and came out to the park for the first time Wednesday. She held a sign that read, “Enough.” ...

“It’s time for the people to speak up,” she said. “Nobody’s listening to us, nobody’s representing us. Politics is dead.

“This is no longer a recognizable democracy. This is a disaster,” she said.

Several Democratic lawmakers have expressed support for the protesters, but some Republican presidential candidates have rebuked them... ... ..."

––••––

By the way...

Ron Paul: Federal Reserve is why Americans are protesting on Wall St.
By Joshua Altman - 10/05/11 02:10 PM ET
Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) said Wednesday that when Americans find out what the Federal Reserve is up to it is “no wonder they are up on Wall Street raising Cain because they know the system is biased against the average person."... (continued here).

and Ron speaks directly about jobs... __
from CSPAN today (Click to Play)

(p.s. I edited this to get right to the 'Jobs' part... cool start/stop feature on CSPAN!)

––••––

So as all of this goes on right now...
Here's a thought to ponder.
Imagine this same time, but fast forward to next year...

What will the landscape and fabric of America look like for employment, $$ jobs $$, politics, and the overall quality of life... for October 2012?

The American People and the American Government reject the very basic idea of spending cuts.
This is not a new issue, It's been going on for well
over decades. Government has expanded and is getting
bigger, and the people have spent themselves to the
point of no return. Both will not stop spending.
The concept of saving, or even a slight thought
of saving has been destroyed by the Federal Reserve.
Near zero interest rates are the cause and bankrupcy
is the effect. The people with any investment or savings cash are now forced to buy stocks which go
up and down like a yo-yo. With zero savings money
contained in the banks, the banks must barrow money
from the FED. The FED money has nothing backing it
up, and the people don't seem to care. The circle of
money creation won't stop untill every American is
standing in a soup line and wondering how they got there. The thought that America can operate our
economy with FED monopoly money is now drawing
to a ugly end. The party is over, but no one will
admit it. The experts say we must spend our way
 out of this mess. Huh????

I don't know what's to be done. I don't think ANYTHING can be done to save ourselves.

We can kick these ideas back and forth between ourselves until our
fingertips are sore from typing. Personally, it feels like an exercise in futility.
I've no idea how many people read these posts, or whom among them
are capable of "getting" any of it anyway.

The reality is, whatever that number is, it's too few readers to kickstart
the spread of ideas on a statistically significant scale... the ideas and
the facts we discuss here that could make a difference in the way most
American voters think, and might behave at the polls.

As wonderful as SoulfulPlanet is, we need millions more readers to read
these threads... and for these readers to then take these ideas to THEIR
families, friends and co-workers... and to then have serious, sustantive
discussions about how to use their votes to force the policy changes that must
be made to rescue this country from disaster.

But this proposition bangs up against the cruel, harsh reality that is
driving our collective slide toward disaster... the ugly, bottom line:

The majority of American voters are dumb. Clueless about politics and business.

Frightened, confused sheep who don't understand why our economy and
our job market has gone to hell, and aren't willing to hear the truth about it all anyway.

In 2012, Americans will elect "more of the same". And then they'll wonder
why things are still getting worse.

It only took 4 trillion to kill all the "bad guys" and
cause complete chaos in the Middle East and Africa.
I keep thinking about those pictures of Russian
nuclear subs rotting away into rust buckets in some
frozen harbor. The monopoly money machine is not
going to save us. We better start planting a lot of
root vegetables. They eat good in a depression.
  Beets anyone?

Read a great article in the NYTimes this morning about
$$ ’’ Jobs ’’ $$.

Think about this.

Most of the "new" oil and gas jobs touted by the drill baby drill crowd, result form merely shuffling people around.

Roughly 30,000 jobs work directly on oil and gas
Roughly 125,000 jobs are related to support of oil and gas
So let's say 155.000 jobs total available for shuffling around.

Well, there are 25,000,000 (yes 25 million) Americans needing jobs!

"...it’s unlikely that any changes in that part of the energy sector would make a real dent."

Think of real people unemployed.

How many musicians will get 1 job playing music as a result of any oil and gas exploration?

Very very few, if even one.
(I had to throw that in! *lol*)

The politicians need to stop with the smoke and mirrors,
and just say what is real....
they want jobs for their Lobby Interests who pay to own them.
Period.

Yup... It is what it is.

Anyway, here's the article.
